Fender Twin Reverb
This vintage guitar amplifier, beloved by players looking for a clean sound, is available for hire from Playback Systems at £35.00+vat per day.
Often referred to as a "Fender Twin" or simply "Twin", this classic all-valve amp was first introduced in 1952, almost at the same time as the Stratocaster Guitar. The musical legacy of this combination of Fender products can't be underestimated! It features a Spring Reverb, selectable normal and drive channels, effects loop with send level, a 1/4 volume level (which attenuates the output to 25W from 100W RMS) and a bright switch which compensates for any dulling of the output when the volume is set low.
Not just a guitar amp
This staple of Rock'n'Roll, Rhythm and Blues, and anything Funky can be found on records by The Sex Pistols, BB King, and The Doors to name but a few. Due to its clean sound it also makes an excellent keyboard amp, indispensable when you're searching for that perfect vintage sound from analogue keyboards.
